How to pause your membership

You can pause a membership for one or two months. We do not bill you while it is paused, and it starts again by itself on the date you choose.
How to pause
- Call or text any location, or use the chat on this page.
- Tell us the phone number or license plate on the membership.
- Choose one month or two months.
We confirm the pause and your restart date by text.
