Do you offer a free birthday reward?

ZIPS Car Wash offers a free birthday wash during your birthday month! Follow these steps to receive your birthday reward:

1. Log into or create a free ZIPS app account
2. On the home screen, select the "Happy Birthday!" icon (in the top carousel; you may need to swipe through to find it). Please note that this icon will only appear during your birthday month if you included your birthday during your free app account creation.
3. Click "Add Points" on the next screen, then "Confirm."
4. Once the points have landed in your account, navigate to the "Redeem" tab (the star icon in the bottom-left of the screen).
5. Select "Redeem" next to the wash you would like to spend your birthday points on! You will receive enough points to redeem for a free Basic wash—redeem it for your birthday or save your birthday points to use for a higher wash tier later.*
6. Confirm the wash redemption, and you're ready to visit the ZIPS location of your choice for your free birthday wash!

*Rules & restrictions apply. Birthday points expire nine months after issuance. Redeemed rewards expire six months after issuance.
