Do Family Plan members have to wash at the same location?
No, just like an individual ZIPS Unlimited® membership, you can wash at any ZIPS location you choose!
What's included in a Family Plan?
Our Family Plan customers enjoy daily car washes (up to twice a day), unlimited self-serve vacuuming and detail amenities, and access to any ZIPS Car Wash location, all at a discounted rate!
How many vehicles are included in a Family Plan?
You can have up to nine total vehicles linked to a ZIPS Unlimited® Family Plan (one full-price membership and eight discounted memberships).
Discounts start with the first additional vehicle added to your ZIPS Unlimited® membership. All memberships must be under the same app account and within the same garage for the discounts to apply. There’s a lot of room for flexibility!
Does every vehicle on a Family Plan have to be on the same wash tier?
Here’s what really makes the ZIPS Unlimited® Family Plan special: any vehicle can wash at any tier.
If you signed up for a Premier ZIPS Unlimited® membership for the ride you want the most protection for, you can add your secondary vehicle at a lower tier and still take advantage of the discount.
How many washes are included with a ZIPS Unlimited® Family Plan?
You can wash every vehicle included on your Family Plan up to twice a day, every day of the week.
How can I sign up for the Family Plan?
ZIPS Unlimited® Family Plans are available for purchase in person at your local ZIPS or in the ZIPS app.
On-site:
Notify a Team Member you’d like to add vehicles to your membership as a Family Plan. You will be asked to provide details of the primary account for the Team Member to connect the additional membership.
In the ZIPS app:
Using the app account as the primary membership, navigate to the garage tab. Select “Add a New Vehicle” to see discounted Family Plan pricing, add to your cart, and finish checkout.
How does billing work for a Family Plan?
For each membership on a Family Plan, a different credit card can be added so each person on the plan can pay for their own membership. You may have all vehicles on the Family Plan billed to one credit card, if you prefer.
Credit cards can be adjusted or added to an active membership at any time in the ZIPS app or with a Team Member at any ZIPS location.
To add or change a credit card on-site, the credit card must be physically present.
What's the price of a Family Plan?
Family Plan memberships start as low as $12/month (when added on to any regular full-price ZIPS Unlimited® membership), with savings up to 40% off per month.
