Absolutely. With a network of over 180 car wash facilities across the U.S., the country's your oyster.

Just visit your local ZIPS Car Wash and let a Team Member know that you currently have a membership and need to update your vehicle information. We’ll take care of everything and provide you with a new RFID tag on the spot. You can also update your vehicle info in the ZIPS app, but you'll still have to go to your local ZIPS Car Wash to pick up the new RFID tag.

If your ZIPS location doesn't utilize RFID windshield stickers, it means we rely on your license plate to identify the membership account. If your license plate has changed with your new vehicle, please ask a Team Member for assistance in updating your account.

Unfortunately, no-can-do. Each membership is tied to a specific vehicle by license plate and/or RFID windshield sticker that recognizes the account, opens the gate arm, and triggers the correct wash type in our tunnels.

We do offer multiple vehicle discounts in the ZIPS app! No matter your membership tier, add up to five additional vehicles to your account for just $20 a month. Download the ZIPS app for all the details.

As a reminder, our Membership Program Terms of Use prohibit the resale or transfer of membership plans or RFID stickers to another vehicle or person. Additionally, dealer plates are prohibited from personal membership plans.
