No. Channel add-ons are one flat monthly price that covers up to 5 locations — add SMS or AI email once and every location gets it. Groups with 6 or more locations get volume pricing on the whole package. Only the phone plans are priced per location, because each location gets its own line and call volume. Example: 3 locations on Essentials plus the website chatbot is 3 × $249 + $99 = $846/month.

Do you charge per minute?

On AI Front Desk, no — calls are unlimited, so you never watch a meter. Essentials includes 300 talk minutes per location (pooled across your account) and then bills $0.25/minute. If you have steady call volume, AI Front Desk is usually the better deal: one flat price, no meter. Unlimited is backed by a commonsense fair-use policy — it exists to prevent abuse, not to meter normal call volume.

Your setup carries over.
